Aromatic Sauna
The Aromatic Sauna, built entirely of aromatic wood, reaches high temperatures of more than 60 ° C while maintaining a relatively low humidity of 35%. This special combination actually stimulates perspiration and releases impurities.
Sauna at the Hut
The Finnish Sauna at the Hut is located outside of our wellness centre. In winter, you can dive into the snow afterwards. This is the healthy way to conclude a sauna session—just as this ancient thermal therapy is traditionally practiced in Northern Europe, from where it derives.
The Stube Sauna
The Stube Sauna was specially designed to stimulate relaxation of the body and natural cleansing of the skin: a dry-heat, physiotherapy bath set at a temperature of about 90 ° degrees, with regulated humidity.
